He is now the Principal of middle school \u00ab La Coutanci\u00e8re \u00bb in La Chapelle sur Erdre, Nantes, France.Professor Germain has been involved in research networks on schools\u2019 management, and has participated in several of The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training study visits on schools\u2019 assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Germain is also the author of : \u00ab Le management des \u00e9tablissements scolaires \u00bb (schools\u2019 management), published in June 2018 (Editions-De Boeck Sup\u00e9rieur)1.<\/p>\n<p>Also, St\u00e9phane Germain published articles in Les Cahiers p\u00e9dagogiques on subjects such as schools\u2019 management &amp; evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>He is also member of steering committee of ManagEduc2, and has participated in the writing of several files on schools\u2019 management, including the one on evaluation3.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, St\u00e9phane Germain leads different training for management staff, and is works Pour ne pas subir les \u00e9volutions de cet environnement, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019\u00eatre dans une logique de strat\u00e9gie \u00e9ducative qui consiste \u00e0 anticiper les \u00e9volutions afin de construire le service public d\u2019\u00e9ducation du futur. D\u00e8s lors, il est opportun de s\u2019interroger sur la fa\u00e7on dont se met en place le changement dans les \u00e9tablissements scolaires ? Doit-il \u00eatre con\u00e7u par les cadres au sommet de la hi\u00e9rarchie (changement exog\u00e8ne) ou d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par les acteurs de terrain qui sont au contact des \u00e9l\u00e8ves (changement endog\u00e8ne) ? La recherche en \u00e9ducation montre que le changement est \u00e0 la fois exog\u00e8ne et endog\u00e8ne mais les enjeux actuels consistent \u00e0 favoriser les modalit\u00e9s du changement endog\u00e8ne. Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 centrale a ainsi tendance \u00e0 basculer de concepteur\/pr\u00e9conisateur\/contr\u00f4leur \u00e0 strat\u00e8ge\/facilitateur\/\u00e9valuateur.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le nouveau cadre de la gouvernance des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs, l\u2019intervention pr\u00e9sentera de fa\u00e7on concr\u00e8te les modalit\u00e9s de management du changement dans les \u00e9tablissements scolaires en insistant sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des postures et des repr\u00e9sentations des diff\u00e9rents acteurs, ce qui semblent \u00eatre un pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des pratiques.<\/p>\n<p>Pour beaucoup, dans les \u00e9tablissements scolaires, le changement des pratiques professionnelles rel\u00e8ve de dimensions psychologique et sociologique. Psychologique, car la propension au changement est une caract\u00e9ristique individuelle qui est propre \u00e0 chaque acteur et il convient souvent de lever les r\u00e9ticences au changement. Sociologique car le changement r\u00e9sulte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019une dynamique collective dans laquelle chaque acteur joue un r\u00f4le particulier.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la logique de changement s\u2019installe, le r\u00f4le de l\u2019encadrement \u00e9volue.
